The North Florida Safety Council was established in 1975 as a not-for-profit, non-governmental, educational and training organization. For the past 30 years we have been a community service organization. We collaborate with several health and safety organizations to promote injury prevention and increase safety awareness.

Our Mission
Our mission is to educate and influence society to adapt safety and health policies, practices and procedures that prevent and mitigate human and economic losses arising from accidental causes and adverse occupational and environmental health exposures.
