Enrollment Form
Effective
January 1, 2002, all personnel involved in the following must have
this training. This includes municipal workers, contractors, and
utility workers who have:
- Direct responsibility for placement of work zone traffic control
devices.
- Direct responsibility for field maintenance of work zone traffic
devices.
- Inspection of the placement or operational function of work zone
traffic control devices
- Drafting or electronic generation of work zone traffic control
plans.
The NFSC is proud to be an approved provider of this training.
Participants will gain knowledge and understanding of the equipment,
techniques and procedures necessary to safely and correctly set up and
maintain traffic. It will also upgrade their performance for legal
aspects and safety practice for establishing work zones on state and
federal highways. Visual and hands on techniques will be used to
enhance employee performance.
