Our Current Situation on COVID-19


Given the current situation, North Florida Safety Council has decided to err on the side of caution, and open by appointment only, but we are still here for you. Enrollments can still be made online and staff is still be available via phone or email to answer your questions Monday - Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm EST. Industrial Courses

DUI Programs

As per the Florida Chapter 15A-10 DUI Programs, any person who is enrolling for a DUI Course shall enroll in Level II if they have previously attended the Level I class. Additionally, if you have had 2 or more convictions for offenses requiring DUI program attendance, you shall enroll in Level II.

Enrollees must register in the county where they live, work or attend school, unless an exception is granted.Counties serviced by NFSC include Franklin, Gadsden, Jefferson, Leon, Liberty, Madison, Taylor and Wakulla ONLY.
